The Story of a Colonial Bonus Room
One of the most common reasons people add a room onto their home is because their family is growing. This particular home is located in Middletown, Connecticut. Our customers called us because they had a baby on the way and they needed to add an extra bedroom FAST! We proposed a large bedroom and office addition to be built ontop of their existing garage.

Once our customers saw our 3D Presentation, they signed a contract to start building immediately.

In the rear the only thing that would change is the installation of a large picture window to the right of the patio slider, and of course the bonus room addition over the garage.
Construction Without The Mess!
No one likes to have their home or yard look like a disaster during construction. We tarped around the garage to prevent damage to the existing siding and the yard from the roofing material that was removed from the garage.

With the existing home prepped for the addition, we kicked the project into high gear.

The exterior walls went up quickly because our crews are home addition building experts.
