We install high efficiency low-flow toilets, such as those from American Standard, Kohler, and Toto.

We install light dimmers where possible.

We install fluorescent lighting in recessed cans & lamps.

We install motion sensor lighting where applicable to provide outdoor lighting only when someone is present.

We ensure that every cavity of your home addition is well insulated.

We maintain dust control during interior demolition and remodeling. (All areas not being worked on are quarantined with plastic sheets. If interior doors separate the work area than we tape around the door especially the gap on the bottom) This improves air quality in the parts of the home that are not being remodeled.
