Timely and Effective Building Process

Initial Consultation

During this complimentary meeting a Simply Additions designer will meet with you to discuss your project.  Design, budget, timeframe and feasibility will be the main topics of discussion during this initial consultation.

Design and Budget Presentation

Yow will be invited to our Design Center to discuss the project cost and to experience our 3D virtual walkthrough of your home with the addition. This is a must for anyone considering a major remodeling project, because it allows you to see your home addition and gives you the opportunity to make changes before construction beings. Many times our customers request changes to the actual size of the addition once we virtually furnish the room. (This is an experience that is worth a couple thousand dollars and we offer it for FREE!)

Architectural Plans

Simply Additions’ designers  will create a set of architectural plans that will be used for construction. (During this phase, there will be preliminary plans for modification; and then the final set of plans will be completed.) Once the final set of plans are completed the budget will be finalized.

Pre-Construction preparation

Once the plans have been finalized Simply Additions will apply for the permit with your local town building authority. During this phase your Simply Additions project manager will create the construction schedule and present it to you. Items such as material delivery locations, dumpster and portable restroom location will discussed, so that Simply Additions can create a safe and efficient job-site.

Construction

Simply Additions will begin the construction of your project using the plans and construction schedule that you have approved. During this important phase Simply Additions will work meticulously to ensure minimal disruption to you and your family.

Certification

Once construction is complete your project manager will conduct an orientation of your completed project. After our orientation you will receive your certificate of completion and our industry leading 10-year comprehensive warranty.
